Project Administrator

The Project Administrator provides the company with a broad based administrative support to help in achieving operational goods

Job Description

  • General Office Duties- filing of documents, copying, scanning, follow-up with customers, vendors and subcontractors when required, help manage voicemail box
  • Organize meetings/events , mange records
  • Manage and update customer binders/website portal for customers
  • Update Job Cost Binders as needed
  • Place orders for jobs and office when necessary
  • Assist management with coordinating subcontractor site meetings and work
  • Assist management with sending out subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders
  • Assists management with filing for permits and licenses
  • Scan, copy, print sets of plans for office and job sites
  • Help establish & organize other speciality projects such as company tool inventory, documents for annual subcontractor meeting, client/subcontractor gifts, etc.
  • Provide complete support to management staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Background and Skills

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent * College Degree is a plus
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of all office practices and software. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access, Dropbox
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, extremely organized, flexible, self-starter
