A Golfer’s Oasis
This work included new pool/fountain features, a golf green, landscaping, raised flower beds, a new garage with indoor pump room, and pool equipment that has the ability to heat and cool the water for hot summer months.
When we began this project, a power pole ran through the middle of the property’s backyard. The property also has significant drainage issues, which was so severe that ducks could be found swimming in the collected water!
Wescott coordinated with the local power company to move the power pole in order to position garage in correct location. We also developed drainage plan to allow backyard to drain properly. Our team worked with an incredible landscape architect to draw up beautiful plans
This backyard was completely transformed to include a golf green, pool, and garage with covered patio. The pool is heated and cooled, which is an unusual feature. All the pool equipment is housed inside a custom pump room within the garage to keep the appearance of the home clean and functional. The garage was even wired for electric cars and a lift in the ceiling to remove the top off the owner’s Jeep. We also created a mosquito system featuring a well-hidden, subtle pump that mists an all-natural citronella product into the air.
From the Founder
“Out of all the touches on this project that featured all the bells and whistles, my personal favorite has to be the fact that the owner’s son has a place to practice his golf skills in his own backyard.”
