Louisville Paving Shop
When Louisville Paving outgrew their old stomping grounds, Wescott helped bring their vision for the future of the company to life with a state-of-the-art facility.
The challenges on this project included working on an active fill site, designing a facility that met the owners’ needs, changing existing design plans, and communicating with owners and subcontractors as the job progressed and evolved.
The Wescott team worked with geo technicians to remediate the site for structural stability
Wescott Construction was able to build Louisville Paving a state-of-the-art facility that brings all departments of Louisville Paving together and has become their new home base.

From Our Founder
“Louisville Paving had a very good problem—they had vastly outgrown their downtown location of 50 years. Their growing business and expanding fleet of equipment needed a new home. The new location was ironically a quarry, which Louisville Paving had been quarrying rock from for years, that was filled in and stabilized for the new facility. What resulted is a cutting-edge facility that provides an atmosphere for employees that is second to none. Multiple facets of the company are able to work from the same location in a setting that will instill company pride for years to come.”
